Public Sector procurement in Scotland made easy

Over 50% of the Scottish economy is in the public sector; the current uncertainties make it an even more important marketplace. I’ve been hearing about what promises to be a very useful resource for small businesses in Scotland – the Public Contracts Scotland website, which is here. It’s a place where info about contracts and tenders for work in the public sector in Scotland is posted. It’s entirely free, and you can set it up to notify you when things that are relevant to your business are posted.

All part of making getting work with the public sector in Scotland easier and more open, apparently. If it does what it says on the tin, it should be a big help.
